GBGL - Great British Gaming League

1.6 is back

1.6 and GBGL. The words seem to have an inability to go together; and my aim is to change that. I will be restructuring and organising 1.6 at GBGL to get it back on track. You may be wondering what has changed, and if I am 100% honest, not a lot. A few things have changed, such as:

· A stable anti-cheat
· New 1000fps servers
· New Admin Team

Personally, I think all of these are for the best and we hope to capitalise on them to get GBGL back on its feet. We have already had numerous suggestions on how to approach the restart, and we will be carefully considering all of them over the coming few days and week. Furthermore, we have no aim to rush things, and we want to make sure every event is 100% ready before it goes live.

This brings me to my next point. To make an event successful, you need a dedicated set of match admins willing to watch games and be an admin in general – especially when there is money and prizes involved.
